Step by Step guide to purchasing message credits and extending virtual number leases through the IntelliSMS web portal https://app.intellisms.com.au/
Step 1
Using the above URL please enter your provided Username & Password.
From the Customer Details Screen,
Click Buy Service for one off payments (shown on image 2), this will take you directly to the purchase screen, or Click Auto Payments to set up automatic credit top up and Virtual Number Lease extension.
Alternatively, if you are on the IntelliSMS home screen (Shown on image 3) click on the Payment Application icon on the left hand side of your screen.
Step 2
Click on Buy Service for one off message credit purchases or Virtual Number Lease extension in either 3, 6, or 12 month allotments. (Image 4)
Click on Auto Payments to set up ongoing automatic message credit purchases or payment of the monthly rental of the Mobile Virtual Number when you run low on credits or the VN lease is about to expire.
Step 3
Choose the credit quantity or number of Months to extend your Virtual Number by ticking the appropriate box. (Image 5)
For Auto Payments click the drop down box to choose which product option you would like to add as Reoccurring. (Image 6)
Then fill in payment details and click Process Payment to complete purchase. (Image 7)
